A lot got announced today. Apple posted on their website the iPad will officially be available for pre-order online on the 12th, whick is a big releif to a lot of people dreading having to pull a over nighter in one of those crazy apple lines again. Shortly after this being posted on Apple's site the first iPad commercial aired during the Oscars, and, if I do say so my self, looks pretty damn slick.

We knew Steve Jobs was no fan of Flash and has already been sited saying things like: "They are lazy, they have all this potential to do interesting things but they just refuse to do it", "the majority of mac crashes are because of flash", and "HTML5 will soon replace flash"
But now, according to Valleywag, Steve Jobs didn't hold back at all when he tore flash to shreds during a demo of the iPad he gave for the Wall Street Journal.
After calling flash a "CPU hog" and a source of "security holes" he then said it is "a dying technology" much like some others that "apple got people to ditch"
